Mark is the MOST amazing person I have ever met. He is the most Knowledgeable and the MOST honest person I have ever met. After not having hot water for weeks as our tankless water heater broke, a new one was installed incorrectly by another plumber ( who bailed on us). Mark and his crew came at the height of the snow storm spent hours and days and fixed it all. Any other plumbing company would have charged us so much money but Mark was professional, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend Mark ad his crew hands down any day!!!
