Mark, the Plumbing Doctor, helped us assess and address an emergency situation with our hot water heater (actually, the expansion tank). He did this on his day off through a combination of phone calls, texts, and facetime. We are so appreciative of his help during this emergency situation. In fact, we have used the Plumbing Doctor several times for our plumbing needs and have always found Mark to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonable in prices. Highly recommend.

Wow...I can't say enough about how impressed I am by this company and these people. Every part of my experience was first-class, and I felt very valued as a customer. I spent most of yesterday trying to release a clog in my kitchen sink drain. After failing all DIY remedies, I called at 7 a.m. this morning. I left my details with (I think) an answering service, and I got a call back from Mark in TWO MINUTES to schedule an appointment for 2p-4p same day. I'm pretty sure he's the owner. He and Kai called when on their way, arrived right around 2 p.m., and triaged the situation efficiently and quickly. I got an immediate quote which seemed very fair to me, and they completed the cleaning of ~25' of my drain in 30 minutes. Mark was very friendly and easygoing, and ALSO very knowledgeable and professional. I have my plumber for life. I wish I could give them 6 stars
