Our water heater quit working so we called the Plumbing Dr. based on their reviews. I spoke with Mark, who I believe is the owner. He was very polite, professional and immediately came to my house and assessed the problem. They gave me options but I decided to have the water heater replaced. They immediately started the job and had it replaced in about 3-4 hours. They did an outstanding job and were professional from start to finish. They also provided a full 3 year warranty and limited 6 year warranty. Total cost was 1700 dollars. A strong recommendation from me!!

We had a great experience with Mark from Reno Plumbing Doctor. We had a pipe leaking underground on the side of the house. He rearranged some other appointments to get out to us the next morning. He fixed the problem and actually charged under the original price quoted! Mark was professional and explained exactly what the problem was and what he proposed to fix it. The best professional company for repairs I have experienced in Reno ! Mark has been the plumber sent to my home twice now and I am amazed and thankful for his professionalism, honesty and knowledge. Mark has been awesome I met him when my water heater blew up last year on a Friday night he came out and helped me. He had a brand-new water heater put in the next day. Ever since then he's been awesome always come out the next day when I called him. He always returned my phone calls and he's done great work . I appreciate everything he's done I would highly recommend him for any one looking for help in the plumbing arena.

The owner was courteous and discussed the water demand issues prior to deciding that it would be a better option to downsize from an 85 gallon to a 50 gallon unit. The only point missed was whether I was on natural gas or propane. A last minute call on the morning of the install allowed the installer to pick up the necessary conversion kit to be able to adapt to the more dense propane. The sweat solder joints on the copper pipe were carefully done and thoroughly inspected. Installation of insulation and vent was superior. The job site was left clean after completion of the install.

I found Mark through a Google search. I called him because I had a backed up sewer in a rental house. I never met Mark - the whole process was done over phone. He was always very prompt and professional and actually went the extra mile to make sure my tenants were taken care of and happy. He only fixed the problem and didn't try to upsell me on a lot of un-needed work. His pricing was more than fair. I will definitely keep his number for any future problems that I need addressed.
